Sacred parts of the WHOLE

intuitive readings

There are many sides to each and every one of you. Very often we get stuck in the earthly and conditioning so much that we had not been able to see or know who we truly are. That always comes from such messages as ‘you should be this… or this is not acceptable… or this is a good thing to do… are you sure you know what you are doing…’, imposed expectations and conditions from the external environment, family dynamics and ancestral roots. We grow up hearing, seeing and internalising those messages and voices of the external and with that what we truly are gets simply left behind, rejected or forgotten.

In my work I am primarily concerned with and interested in who a person connecting with me in sacred work is. Who is a person without the pain, without the burden of obligation or duty? Who are you? This is exciting and fundamental work for a personal transformation and a fulfilling life. Through intuitive work/intuitive reading you can discover and connect to your sacred parts of the whole. The work goes in cycles and with each cycle a person goes deeper into their layers and discovering more of themselves. This is transformational work I feel very passionate about.  As long as we don’t force to be one way or another, put ourselves in a box, trying to either be it all at once or just one as a dominant force, exactly like it has been done to us from the external before, through this work we can reach the depth of inner knowing that will propel us into life in a completely different way. True parts of you cannot be rushed or told what to do. They will come when they are most needed and what’s expected of us is to get to know each of them intimately and know when to call upon one energy/archetype or another. They are a team working together within your psyche and have your best interest at heart only if you give them full understanding, acceptance and unconditional regard and love. They want to be allowed to be and this is very important.

I will share with you examples from my own journey. There are several parts that I know well within me and have built or am building a relationship with. Seasons of the year, the wheel of the year and four seasons of the soul have played a huge part in my journey and you can connect a lot of it with what is going on in nature. My intuitive practice and spell casting are interlinked closely with working in nature. This is part of who I am, something I was born with that can never be lost.

The Nature Spirit – this is my biggest, all-inclusive part that includes The Inner Mother, The Goddess (a few of them depending on where we are in the wheel of the year), The Healer (working with plants predominantly), The Magician (solitary practitioner that seeks solitude and quiet to bring about a change), The Green man (a position masculine energy), The Five Elements, fairy folk, spirits of the woods and many more archetypes. It is the most alive and vibrant energy within me, something I feel I knew even before I was born and is inseparable from the core of who I am.

The Witch – this part is the most connected to underworld/unconscious/the Moon/darkness. It usually comes forth several times a year and the way I recognise it or know it comes into my body is through my hands. Magic energy starts pulsating and buzzing in my hands and goes into my fingers that I can feel it very clearly. What I do with that depends on what intuition tells me at the time and what is going on around me or within me at the time. It can be nothing, just being with it, or doing some creative spell casting (more on that in another post) or change an altar. I always follow my intuition as an Intuitive practitioner. My magic practice is also intuitive rather than ritualistic, mainstream or fixed. The Witch is unsuprisingly fond of autumn time and comes up close to Samhain, and my own birthday time.

Land Guardian – this part is the most connected to my soul, but different from a Nature spirit. This one is all about a deep sacred relationship with the land. It is an expression of the most beautiful love that I know. It is a source of my inspiration, my deepest emotions. This part of me reads various locations naturally, it picks up on land signatures and knows what needs to be healed or how we can be healed by relating to the land.

Wolf – this part is connected to the body. Leezil is a female wolf. It is wild and instinctual and a source of sexual energy. This one feels incredibly freeing and empowering when it is present and makes me feel invincible. It also has the most profound quality of honour and loyalty – my primary life values.

Intuitive self – this part of me is connected to Spirit. It receives messages from the Source for myself or others and it is the most knowing part of me that taught me a lot about living a fully intuitive life. Nowadays I don’t know any other way to live.

Inner child – this part is connected to freedom and joy. I have been working on this part for many years (my inner child was lost for what felt like an eternity and was not reachable for many years. It took a long time and effort to bring it back. I am still working on it discovering more with each inner work cycle. The most recent discovery earlier this year was that there are, in fact, two inner children within me.

These are just some parts and there are many more, of what I see as many parts of the whole and when I sit with a client, who had been ‘in a box’ for many years, it is always the most hopeful thing for them to hear that they are not just THAT, they are many beautiful manifestations of the Spirit. The journey of discovery of these lost parts of yourself that need to be called home and collected into one whole piece is the most beautiful thing I have ever witnessed within myself and in working with other people. It is a true privilege to see someone arrive where they had always meant to be.

Work with me

Many blessings!

Embrace your pace

A vibe of steady pace manifested on this beautiful and gentle Beltain morning. The air was still and fresh and very present through my body. Something landed in me this morning. How interesting the timing yet so divine. I felt something has arrived finally to say ‘this is it’, ‘the time is now’. It was like a door opened into the light of green and as I dug my hands into fresh soil I felt the heart softening and breathing steady itself.

In the society and through centuries for women it has been all about go go go and do do do, the more tasks the better, the more organised and achieving the more valuable you will be perceived. Such a false human race for time, more jobs and tasks, more activities, etc. No wonder maidens coming out of attachment are exhausted and feeling low in self-worth.

This morning the triple goddess stood strong in her message. Being free and spacious is vital for manifestation of the whole within a being. Slower is not lazy, slower is wiser. It is intuitive, flowing, knowing. Rest and reflection are necessary for manifesting true identity and purpose. I felt it jolt and slot in my body this morning like a piece that’s not always acknowledged or allowed. I have been awareness of my self-created freedom for some years now and consciously been practicing my gratitude for all that it represents, for all that it’s given me. The most sacred thing I always wanted.

Freedom is so desirable and often seen as unachievable and a dream and when it arrives we resist it, putting ourselves in prison, overloading ourselves with more to do to contradict it, as it is not something we are used to. The sadness hovers over it within, as we know we truly desire to be free, but can’t allow it.

It takes a lot of practice to feel completely free and in a slow pace of life. It is the most precious gift, it seems, we all seek and now is the time to say yes to it and recognise as truly ours for the taking.

Samhain 2018

Baba Yaga Samhain

As Samhain is approaching I am afraid less and less. The gap between Air and Earth elements within me lessens. I have been thinking too much lately, unable to land and stand still, but I have learnt over the years that sometimes this is necessary to do if anything for the sake of noticing what tends to happen within and at what times. I needed to hold all possible thoughts in my mind to be able to work things out and yes, it can become tiring and overwhelming, but with applying awareness it is possible to slow the process down. What helps the most in these instances for me when I know some part of this process is necessary, but I can also feel myself being swept away with it, is walking. Walking slowly and mindfully, connecting with the natural world in a physical sense, e.g. touching tree branches and feeling the earth underneath the feet, picking up leaves and pressing them against my face. This time of year always creates a build-up of various energies and can feel ‘too much’. We can become vulnerable and even lost, but throughout it all every time I feel that strong support that only the Goddess can provide. I am familiar with the part of myself that is deeply knowing, trusting and calm. It is the time for re-birth and transformation, quite big metamorphosis. I have been dreaming of a surge in my masculine energy, as well as parts being ‘killed’ off, but the most important vision this year is the one with Baba Yaga holding a huge egg of potential in her hands. She is guarding and protecting it for me while also smirking and laughing wickedly into the cold air of approaching winter and tells me to trust, to rest and be open. She tells me ‘no’ only in a way she can and I understand it well. What she means is to be patient and drop demands for answers, as they won’t come when in a restricted state. It needs to relax to receive. She also reassures as always that we all know what we need. All that is needed is for us to stop trying to get in a way of things flowing naturally.

I feel very exposed at the moment yet allowing and not afraid. Baba Yaga always shows me how inner wisdom can be extracted with some sitting quiet time, perseverance and looking for knowledge within ourselves. She holds all the wisdom of the world yet she would never give it away freely, instead she waits for the one to discover it within themselves. She is not withholding, she is protective and encouraging in a way that makes you want to achieve, know more and pursue whatever feels right at the time.

I feel stronger this year, more in line with the energies of the earth than ever before and allowance of things to flow through is truly the key to a peaceful way of being even in times of challenge.

Blessed Samhain, everyone, and let the next year be prosperous, insightful and fulfilling on all levels.

2018 signature and theme

forest-1344580_960_720

Signatures and themes for 2018 are starting to come in already and I have been unable to stop myself from implementing some changes that I am being told to make already. I thought I start putting some of what I am seeing, feeling and hearing down.

The main message is ‘Do something different next year’ whatever that is and however small, begin to change something. In 2018 the soil will be fertile to plant that seed of change in, which will continue from this year, which has been very abundant in the offering of the elements and harvests. Conditions will be beneficial for those changes to be lasting and long-term next year.

This message coincides with further expansion of consciousness amongst us and that ‘train’ towards a better way of doing things is still going and there is still time to jump on it. When I say ‘new’ in many things we will find that it is more going back to old ways than doing something that had never been done before. We will be wanting to go back to basics, to the ways that always contained wisdom, something that had been lost over decades and centuries. We will begin the process of remembering. We will be resurrecting that wisdom with adopting ‘new’ ways and returning to what feels good. We will be changing. It is not a backward movement but an alignment with the wisdom that had always run parallel to the life on earth yet been in darkness for some time. Due to various destructions that humans introduced to the planet and into their lives changes required will be obvious and that might help, but most importantly listen to your heart and observe your dreams.

What is the direction that you, in particular, is called to take? Some of the messages might be very individual and changes specific. There will be  synchronicities that you would realise started happening a while back and led you to where you are now and the next step needs to be that big change that is now meant to be a natural transition into alignment with that calling, which will benefit your, others and the world in a big way.

Happy changes! Do something different in 2018.

Blessings!

2017 challenges so far…

2017 signature What a year it is shaping out to be…

This year’s signature is getting involved with life, stepping into that ever-moving flow of things, very busy, that treadmill we all talk about and many want to avoid. This is what is kind of expected of us just to test it out one more time if someone is unsure about the way forward. It feels old, but new at the same time. It is approached from a perspective of ‘give it go, why not, see what else is there to learn’. It is an opportunity to expand, as always, and this year’s offering for expansion is through being busy and very much in life.

It feels I am being pulled towards it. It feels like by the end of the year my desire, purpose and destiny will clarify once and for all. On many levels it feels like the last chance before I step into a concrete knowing, although nothing is ever concrete and we don’t want it to be. There is paradox present, for sure, and it is up to us to work out what that means for us. It is a year to find out exactly what will drive me forward and in what way. In order to get to that understanding I am to get on that fast-moving train into my day-to-day life with challenges and stress very much part of it, it seems. . It feels necessary and part of the learning and part of my evolution.

It also feels like the second attempt of a similar scenario I tried eight years ago when coming out of ‘stay at home mum’ state for the first time and going back to work. It is all about finding things out again in a new way, in a different way and see if this time it brings desires and destinies in line.

I feel resistance to this way already even though I thought that’s what I wanted and this is familiar. It is a challenge to see if I am to navigate it this time with more wisdom and patience. I get it. It is a test.

Signature is getting on with it with patience, loving heart towards myself and others and quiet determination. To see challenges and obstacles as lessons. It is to test my strength and resourcefulness. The thing is my self-belief has never been stronger than this year and I feel there’s nothing I can’t do. Interesting. I am very much in my Warrior self. There is blood, darkness and gold at the same time. There is a feeling of treasure awaiting me yet the road is super difficult to see and even more difficult to walk. A lot of drive, focus, motivation is needed and my warrior is up for that challenge. The feeling for this year is generally good, opportunistic, ‘show what you’ve got’ type of energy.

I do find myself wishing this year away and that’s been present since January and that is part of the process reflecting back to me my own impatience, distortions in fire when frustrated and sometimes difficulties dealing with stress. It is also part of that resistance, push and pull within me. The reason they are reflected is with an aim of awareness and subsequent adjustment of my ways. I need to be present with what is in the moment. Calm, solid steps without the mind rushing into things.

Watch the space…

Personal power word for 2017

During Winter Solstice I connected strongly with the warrior side of me and the archetypal energy of The King Arthur. He’s loyal, devoted, honourable, noble, has humility, just, fair, super brave, protector and nurturer of his kingdom and people. He’s been coming to me for a few weeks before Yule and I was called to visit Glastonbury Tor, a place I never thought of yet the message was so clear I had to go. Following callings of the land is something I do openly and easily now in my spiritual practice. It always pays off and makes sense when I merge with energies that summon me.

Winter is a masculine energy season for me. It is about colour red and Fire element qualities – vibrant, dynamic, passionate and action-driven. It is about setting goals to benefit my growth in service of my life and those around me. I connect with the noble young king within. The night before Yule he came to me in a dream and with a passionate kiss he proclaimed his commitment to the land and his life purpose of protecting weak and vulnerable, to fight against injustice and honour all those that came before him, carrying on the legacy of warriors of his Kingdom.

The word WIN came to me while sitting outside looking over a field which stretches beyond my garden. I saw sticks of a tree painting letter W in the misty atmosphere of the morning. It felt complete, clear and felt in the body. I saw a knight on horseback in red cape galloping away from the site.

I have been aligning with my desire for a certain job, which has felt like destiny for a few years and the feeling is that 2017 is a portal for manifesting that desire. Exciting.
Win with your heart and intention alongside doubts and fears, win not over them but with them, win together what is meant for you, for your home and family. Win with your abilities and skills, your passion and love for the land and the people. Win so you can give, spread the light further. Win with hard work and dedication and razor sharp focus on what’s meant to be in my grasp.

Win through learning, relating, engaging and connecting with all that is available. Win through the open heart of dedication to the craft and love for nature.
Win, win, win not against something but for something and with something. Everyone is a winner when done with pure heart intention, leadership, honesty, integrity and empathetic relating to yourself and others.

What’s your power word for 2017?

Archetypes and Tarot

magician

Archetypes are energies, which flow and become present through the channel of collective unconscious. They are energies, which enter into our experiences to give us clues to who we are in a multidensional sense and what aspect of ourselves needs attention. It is often interesting through intuitive guidance to observe in another or feel in yourself a certain response or a behaviour, which can somewhat align with a certain archetypal energy. It can be confusing or unclear what is happening and what a course of action should be. Archetypes are powerful forces, which can throw things out of balance unless one focuses on its purpose and directly address their significance in a certain situation or generally in daily interactions.

I have come up with a 1 Card Archetypal Tarot reading, which looks at Major arcana cards from an archetypal point of view and their attributes, e.g. what mental, emotional, physical and spiritual attributes a certain energy is carrying for the receiver of the reading. We all have an archetypal personality attributes, if you like and we all will have our own distinctive way of thinking, feeling, behaving and being.

In the deck that I use there are 22 Archetypes. We are all part of one whole and I strongly believe in ‘wholeness’ of each personality. The universal person expresses all 22 Archetypes personality styles. Each of us is a mosaic of these characteristics.

The way I work with cards is by utilising my intuition, which means when I have a strong feeling about something or sense a particular energy I might move away from traditional interpretations of some cards (I also include those) and using my intuitive guidance and sense to tap into information, which might be relevant to a person in a particular situation rather than in a general sense. I follow a belief that one aspect would have different interpretations for different people, i.e. no one card has one meaning for all participants, not always. My Tarot readings, therefore, are a combination of traditional interpretations and intuitive information.

Traditionally archetypal cards are read through linking the numbers on an archetype card with corresponding attributes cards – Cups (emotional attributes), World (physical experiences), Crystals (mental attributes) and Wands (spiritual aspects). For example, The Empress III archetype card would correspond with your emotional aspects represented in 3 of Cups (love of creation, Venus, nurturing love, etc.). 3 of Crystals would mean that you possess the mentality of creativity and give birth to ideas, etc. There are links that are made between all attributes in relation to the archetype present for you.

An archetypal Tarot card reading can throw light on what aspects of yourself need attention and what archetypal energies are around you and also where you are in the Fool’s journey in a more traditional sense. Tapping into them can be beneficial to the process you are in currently. To give you an example, one of my archetypes, which has been around for a while (an elegant Lady – I associate this archetype with the Fortune card). It represents old values and behaviours, rules and moral codes (these are my personal intuitive interpretations). In a wider, more general sense of the card it relates to wealth and opportunity and how I see it and been affected by abundance or the opposite vibration of ‘lack of’.

I hope you find this information interesting and will explore archetypal energies for yourself through Tarot card readings I offer.
