~~ Hello magical beings, are you ready to reconnect to the Goddess within you? ~~
I follow the Wheel of the Year in my nature-based spiritual practice and it is such a joyous and beautiful way of tuning into specific special energies around us at specific times. One of the Goddesses associated with this time of year is the Greek Goddess Persephone. Her story is one of the oldest of Greek myths, which honours and portraits cycles of life and death, old and new, darkness and light. Every spring she comes back from the Underworld to bless the Earth with flowers, new life, new beginnings and growth. Spring comes again. This e-guide puts you in touch with The Maiden Goddess and all the qualities that she embodies and also talks about the triple aspect of the Goddess.
This popular e-guide takes the format of daily exercises/techniques/inspirational information for several days and available to download on purchase.

I go on walks often, sometimes I am called if there is a message for me to receive or a scar to attend to. Other times I feel my heart bursting with such gratitude I am in need of a walk in order to honour nature for all the gifts it bestows on my life and my spirit. Honouring nature in however small ways every day is how my spirit keeps its spark.
As I drove in my car this morning I was feeling an expansion of senses, a renewed energy that has come in during the night, and a slight happy tingling in the body. I knew then I ought to immerse myself in the spirit of my dear woods. Just then a crow flew very close to my windscreen as if to say ‘come, come, you are welcome’. I smiled to myself and said, ‘I am on my way’. Continue reading →
We hear about self-love more and more these days in a sense that one must give oneself love in order to be able to give out into the world. There is a strong dissonance of energy between giving and receiving in the world generally. Often we are good at giving, but terrible at receiving. Sounds familiar? We have bought into the idea of unquestionable self-sacrifice and understanding receiving as bad, selfish, now allowed, even shameful. What we do is simply abandon ourselves each and every time tricking ourselves into believing we are doing something right. We abandon our own internal system of guidance, which, if only we listened, would move us towards our highest self and our soul’s purpose. We listen to one internal voice, which stems from years of internalised belief that we are bad if we don’t give out fully and we are not good enough if we allow ourselves to receive. By listening to one voice, we ignore another, which is our intuitive guidance of the soul carrying messages of love and compassion. We rationalise why something makes us feel good, something that comes from inside, no, we don’t have time to stop and listen, we must go on with doing and giving and often making ourselves invisible and ill in the process.
When referring to fasting, I mean drinking just lemon or coconut water or a combination of both for your chosen duration of time. Another way of fasting or ‘feasting’, as many raw peeps would call it, is drinking only fresh, raw green juices. No solid food.
Fasting is a powerful tool, which can be beneficial in a number of ways. The first useful element of fasting is when, let’s say, you have been suffering from a number of ailments for quite some time and want to get better, but don’t know where to start. You are not sure whether you have allergies/intolerances to food and environment and your general state of health is poor. The first thing to say that if you think that you might have intolerances, you probably have, as trusting your instincts is important and I encourage that. So, if you are lost amongst medication, information, tips and supplements thrown at you forget it all and do a fast for a few days. Give your system a chance to say ‘enough’, ‘stop’, let me rest. It can then consolidate a message for you, which will hopefully encourage a more permanent change. At that moment when your system might be heavily overloaded with medication, processed foods, you body is so tired and confused it is very slow at giving you messages, if at all, so help the body to help you by allowing it freedom to regenerate some energy. My own personal journey to raw started with a fast and I never looked back.
Intuitive readings will vary depending on the person giving the reading. There is no one way of doing it, although many Intuitives share common practices, tools and a clear understanding of what happens when they perform a reading.
Intuitive readings for me is like a download of information from the Source/The Divine/Gaia/Goddess or whatever entity you associate your spirituality with, in relation to the person receiving a reading. I often start getting information and messages once a contact is made. Sometimes I am not able to stop the stream of information, symbols and images coming in meaning it will come quickly and in great amount. Other times it takes longer for the download to begin and sometimes it doesn’t happen and I need to do some extra work and apply extra techniques to be able to access the receiver’s higher self. It depends on your energetic presence and openness to receive at the time of your reading and the level of wounding and perhaps, trauma of the past.
